The First step is for you to decide to take back your life and take action today. You are in charge of you. The ability to see changes in your life, whether they are physical or spiritual, are in your control and completely within reach. No more excuses.
The Second step is to develop your Action Plan. Together, you and I will determine where you are right now, what your goals are, and how to reach these goals based on who you are. Coaching is very individualized. There will be an initial questionnaire to complete, and we will take it from there.
The Third step is to move toward making actual changes in your life, with your coach beside you every step of the way to support and motivate you. As we go along, we will co-actively decide which tools and resources will work best for you. These tools and resources are simple, easy to follow, and easily adapted into your current lifestyle.
The Fourth step is to Enjoy Your Success! This is not hard work! When you start to see results, you will be eager to move forward and continue toward a healthier lifestyle.
